I had a main drain completely sealed, causing minor flooding and mold buildup. Every effort was made to fix the problem before invoicable work was required. They did the following work that I needed and wanted: water heater replacement, regulator valve replaced, water softener and filter installed, and the drain dug up, replaced, and re-concreted. Everything was completed affordably and quickly. 10/10 would pay for this level of professionalism and experience again.

Great company. I had a problem with my waterheater, and Casey came out someday to help me (I do live in tooele). Told me how to go through the manufacturer warranty on my waterheater and get the parts I needed for free. The day the parts arrived, I called Defense plumbing Casey came over and fixed my water. The customer service is amazing. The quality of service is amazing. I would definitely hire this company again for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you again.

Had a clogged main drain from kitchen sink. Diagnosed the problem and cleared the clog. Gave great advice on how to fix/avoid the problem for the future. Will definitely call on Defense Plumbing Utah for all my future plumbing needs!

Wow! Casey was very responsive and quick to address our plumbing concerns. He fixed our multiple corroded, dripping elbows ahead of schedule and right on budget! SUPER thankful for saving my basement! Had copper corrosion since getting the house but wasn’t ever an issue until this week when testing the sprinklers and it started to leak. Casey is a real stand up guy! I texted him Sunday evening not expecting a response. He responded fairly quickly and got in the next day to look at a garbage disposal problem. He fixed it on the spot and charged a ridiculously low fee. He came recommended from a friend so now I owe that friend lunch. If you like your stereotypical plumber, don't go with this guy! If you like the feeling of getting a friendly neighbor to come help you out, Casey is your guy!
Like most I don’t pay to close attention to my plumbing systems in my home and when I found water in my utility room I knew it was time to call a professional. I called Defense plumbing and had them come out ASAP. I had the pleasure of meeting Casey. He took a look at my water leak which turned out to be a leaking water heater that was nearly 15 years old. I felt like Casey was a good guy so I had him check out a few other issues I’ve thought about having looked at. Casey ended up taking care of all my plumbing issues at a very affordable price. When he showed up I was worried and stressed out about my plumbing , by the time Casey left my home I felt confident that I made the right choice by calling Defense Plumbing. Thank you Casey!

This company does amazing, quality work for a VERY fair price. They are on time, very good with communication, and professional. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber next time.
These guys are totally amazing. I won’t tell you how much they charged to do our pipes but I had the old”orange berg pipes from the early 60’s and they had to dig it all up to the street and replace it all. The first bid was from Whipple plumbing at over $33K. I am an amputee who hasn’t been able to work a regular job in over 4 years and I’m on SSDI and this was just one thing that has happened to me in the last 7 months. Cast and his crew came to the rescue and we got an excellent deal and they got the whole job amazingly quick with minimal disruption in our lives. If you want the highest quality job done, at the best price, call them, you won’t be disappointed.
